Lead. Heal. Own.
Are you an experienced and talented physiotherapist looking for a leadership role with an opportunity for significant equity in a clinic? If so, we're offering a real partnership opportunity for the right person.
The Opportunity:
We're a brand new 1,600 square foot physiotherapy clinic in the heart of downtown Vancouver - and we’ve got big ambitions! To make our business successful, we need a partner who is interested in an adventure - someone who relishes the idea of building a team, a clinic, and a business, while sharing in the upside financially.
our Offering
This role comes with a $100,000 base salary with an opportunity for a performance bonus of up to $25,000 per year.
Additionally, we will of course cover all admin work, including reception, invoicing, and billing, so you can focus on delivering excellent patient care.
We’re looking for a true partner who will share in the upside of this clinic and the overall business as we grow, so we're offering an opportunity for up to 20% equity in the business.
You will lead the charge alongside us in building the physiotherapy team. We plan on hiring four or five more physiotherapists for this location, and more in the future as we expand. You will help shape and define our culture and business.
We're also offering a $2,000 signing bonus, health benefits and vacation pay, as well as an annual $1,000 education allowance.
Since we're a new clinic, we will have to ramp things up, and we're confident we'll be able to do that quickly with the right partner, as we have significant experience in business and marketing, and we'll be fully supporting you to get new patients in the door. This is our primary objective when you start with us.
